Grain butler - Remue Grains
The importance of rotation
Grain is needed to rotate regularly in order to avoid callus and mould, especially if the grain that is being dried is not cooled properly. Without aeration the quality of grain goes wrong quickly. The grain butler rotates the grain totally therefore it is suitable for avoiding the deterioration of grain quality, and by using it storing is safer.
Mycotoxin is the product that is generated during prolification of filamentous fungi in unfavourable conditions. It is often situated in food chain and it causes danger in public health. The quantity of micotoxin’s prolification is specified by the receptiveness of grain and oil plant, the presence of oxygen, temperature and humidity. During grain storage where humidity is lower, stock mold piles up. The toxin production signals mistakes in storage, which can be avoided by using a grain butler therefore feed does not poison livestock.
Operating principle
The grain butler is an auger that is self-propelled to stir the grain stored in flat bottom silos. As it does not let grain be compacted, it develops the aeration of grain. If you put the grain butler on the top of the grain and you start the motor, the grain butler automatically makes itself erected vertically, it leaves and rotates the grain bringing from the bottom to the upper side.
Advantages

- Its required power is low
- The total capacity of store houses can be utilized because there is no need to designate paths for moving grain
- It helps to prevent overheating and piling up of pests
- Setting particle sizes is simple, economical and cost-efficient
